Forces

• Makes something move
• Speeds something up
• Makes something stop or slow down
• Changes the shape of somethings

Energy

• If you use a torch for a long time the light gradually gets dimmer and dimmer until it no longer shines. We say the batteries have run out of energy. If you cant peddle a bike anymore or dig in a garden for to long your body runs out of energy, you need food to get more energy.

Heat

• Our body functions best at a temperature of about 37 degrees. If we get to cold or hot we get/or feel uncomfortable. If our body temperature rises to high or goes below normal we can die. A sparkler has a high temperature but has very little heat.
